Went looking for semi formal with my Daugther. Asked a sales lady for size she said she'll be back never returned. Asked another sales lady to try on a dress pointed to the front waited to get a paper with our name only to be directed back to where we came from to be presented to a sales person who took off. Total complete waste of time energy. Don't bother shop elsewhere
Went in January and purchased my wedding dress with my bridesmaids. Also picked out the bridesmaid dress and color, which I was told no one had to worry about coming in till i was at least a year away from my wedding to be fitted. Called today to set up appointments for my girls and now can't be guaranteed the color cause it may be discontinued (They aren't sure yet). In which I already bought flowers and decorations to go with that color. Being pissed doesn't even cover it.
We didn't find what my daughter wanted here and didn't have the experience I had hoped for. Several friends suggested David's because there's a "big selection" and "prices start as low as $99" so I booked an appointment for her. The sales person thought she knew what my daughter liked, but the more dresses she brought her, the more stressed my daughter became. I will never go here again. They had told me I could get my wedding dress steamed and then when I brought it in 4 days before my wedding they told me they couldn't steam it because I did not purchase it there. But when I called to schedule I had specifically asked if they steamed dresses that hadn't been purchased there and they said yes! My bridesmaid all got their dresses there and my mother in law also purchased shoe and jewelry and every time we were there the staff was completely unacceptable. I decided to have the store do my alterations so I wouldn't have my wedding dress being sent all over town and the hem is uneven the lace and beading look like someone too sand paper to it. The beading I had to pay on top of what I paid David's bridal someone else to fix, but the hem they can't do anything because they took too much of the top layer off. We went in today, told the girl up front that BOTH my sister and i are getting married soon and the girl at the front pointed to the left and said "over there is the wedding dresses" and that was that. � They didn't even come and check on us! Then two other ladies walked in and got totally different service. She asked what they were looking for and once they had answered the same girl called over someone to help them look around!!
