So to any other customers having difficulty with this company. You don't have to just talk to them you can also do as I have done and make complaints the you bbb in your area. Because ultimately they will not resolve any of your issues and give you a scripted excuse.
I'm very disappointed in the selection you had for plus size women you pretty much had absolutely nothing and it's quite sad....do you think plus size women don't get married?? I use to come there for prom dresses and you had them and now all your plus sizes are gone and it's sad I'm getting married in a year and I don't want to have to order my dress to see what I would look like on
Rude employees, didn't want to assist me amd my bridal party. I will never again patronize this establishment.
Purchased 5 bridesmaids dress and one junior bridesmaid dress there back in November/December. Our consultant was friendly and helpful (sorry can't remember her name) and the dress came quickly. Unfortunately they were handed to us so wrinkled it was pathetic. They just take them out of the box and don't even bother to steam them. This place sucks! I wouldnt recomend it to anybody!! 6/7 of my bridesmaids dresses have been messed up! First: my maid of honors dress was supposed to be peach and they sent it in malibu 2nd: 3 of my bridesmaids meausrements got "lost" 3rd: one of my other bridesmaids dresses came in peach and not malibu and 2 weeks later (after it was supposed to be sent back) i went in and it was still sitting in the back as peach because "they must of forgot about it" 4th: my other maid of honors dress they were trying to give me a c... read more
The first time I went there to find my dress the experience was good. I had family and friends there and felt like I was enjoying myself. I did find the dress. I just recently went back to pick up my dress. I obviously wanted to put it on before I walked out the store with it. I was by myself. The lady brought the dress back and asked if I needed help and I told her yes for the buttons. I can get into it until that part. I then put the dress on and went to open the door to have her button me. No one was there I was standing ... read more
Maaaan this place forever has some kind of "sale" going on but when you get to the counter? "Oh, not this dress... not the shoes... it's a 20$ shutterfly card not 20$ off the dress." Stop false advertising! It's unnecessary, the dresses there are beautiful so women are going to step in anyway � but don't get them all excited just to get played at the counter. That's just cruel �
Went in a few weeks ago for my first bridal gown shopping experience with my mother and it was awful. They had nothing for me to try on, the girl kept saying "I'm sorry we don't have that in your size" and after hearing this about 10 times, she finally said "we don't have much in a 16 for you to try, I'm sorry." She proceeded to tell me this is very common. I even asked if other stores might have some of the dresses I liked and was told they did not. Its was great wen I went the other day but yesterday one of the girls was all like "is there anything else I can help yu with" but with an ugly ass attitude like if she wanted me to leave. I was already buying heel's an I had already gotten a dress there I was just looking for my second dress an she was very rude!!
