Appointment on January 14 to order a bridesmaid dress for my daughter. Paid for dress same day and was told 4-6 weeks to arrive. Six weeks went by and we heard nothing so I finally called them. They had no record for my daughter, no record for that style being ordered, no record of us being there. Went there today and from the minute we walked in the door, our anxiety levels were through the roof. The greeter at the front was horrible and not friendly. There was a sale going in, but no where does it state that clearance items are not available in any other color other than the one dress. When you go online, that option is available. Totally screwed my neighbor over and lost her order 5 weeks before her daughters wedding then wouldn't refund her. This is beyond bad business .
Poor customer service and didn't even acknowledge me when I came through the door... tried dress on and still waited for help our lady never came back but had the nerve to acknowledge me at check out .... and yes I was spending just as any one else . Still dropped a couple hundred dollars in here but I feel like the customer service definitely is not worth it unlesss well .... .....I know. Get it together Really.
So glad that my fiances post about my and my bridal party's horrible experiences (plural) was deleted. Here it is again. The experience a bride has with purchasing a dress is an experience that can never be duplicated or corrected after it has been made. We took my cousin to get her prom dress here, we scheduled an appointment online, got confirmation of the appointment, went to check in they had no record of us having an appointment, showed them the confirmation of the appointment, the person at the check in desk told us to wait just a moment and she would get someone to help us. If I could give this crap hole 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this store at all, just hands down the worse decision to shop here. They should just shut their doors and never reopen again and the world would be a better place!
My daughter purchased her wedding gown from the Springfield, MO store. At that visit an older lady stated she'd be scheduling the fitting appt and we'd be working with her. First alteration trip I could not attend & it was a different one (was an Asian lady). My daughter said she was quite rude and didn't want to listen. I made sure I was there for the next appt by calling and speaking with the first lady & she guaranteed she'd help us from that point on.
