Me being a person that does not like to do formal events when I walked in there they made me leave wanting to do more formal events :-) I'll be so proud to wear this dress to the inauguration in January :-)

We had a terrible experience at David's Bridal (Millenia, Orlando) on Monday December 26, 2016. My youngest sister is getting married in September 2017 and she wanted to purchase her wedding dress at David's Bridal. She lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her fiancee and the rest of us live in various parts of Florida. We are only really all together once a year, usually (as was the case this year) for Christmas. I had a horrific experience they left the big white security tag on my junior bridesmaid dress and the operations manager was very rude and inconsiderate of the fact that they made this horrendous error. Imagine finding this 2 hours before your wedding. She kept saying no refund like money was my focus I had a $10000 dollar wedding but its the principal of being stereotyped as somebody looking for a refund. It was my wedding day and they nearly ruined it!!!!!!!!!

Do not go through davids bridal if you don't have to...got my dress in oct...took it home went to try it on and there was BLOOD inside it took it back they said don't worry we will get you a new one. That's fine but then I called in nov to find an est. time for the new dress to come and the woman on the line was highly rude and told me don't worry it they will call when it comes in...I said okay and waited...FINALLY I called last week and asked about my dress again to find out when i could pick it up well the lady couldn't f... read more

I didn't really find anything that fit what I wanted, and when a friend of mine found what I wanted the lady helping me let another bride try the dress on instead of me. I was livid. I wont be getting my dress from there!
