They not friendly nor are they helpful I do not plan on going back there
The $99 dollar sale was a complete joke. The lady helping us out couldn't find which dresses were for $99 and the clearance rack that said $99 had a mix of dresses with it and the lady helping us had to price check all the dresses that were on there for us. The commercial for this sale is overly romanticized and the actual store had next to nothing for $99.

Today myself, my aunt & my oldest daughter went wedding dress shopping. I made a appointment and all, was plenty early than my appt time. Our consultant pulled what they had that was on my favorites list only in bridal gowns, she didnt even pull any bridemaids dresses at all. I tries on about 6 of them, was unable to order the one my heart liked due to no longer being available. Worst experience dealing with the actual purchase of the dresses .. the lady left us to go help other people like five times .. without even saying I'll be back she literally just walked away very rude and unprofessional...

Thank the lord I bought my daughters dress at a one on one personal bridal boutique because we entered this store to get bridesmaid dresses and the girl was no helpful at all. I had to take full charge and tell her what colors go with what. She didn't have good taste and had the bride in a tizzy just watching. We did get the dresses but with not much help.

My best friend was trying on wedding dresses for the first time. It should have been a fun and exciting experience. It wasn't. The consultant (I think her name was Melissa) was dry, not friendly, and not helpful. She didn't ask any questions about her style preferences or offer any suggestions. At one point, my friend liked a dress and we had to suggest trying it with a veil to get the full effect.
