The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The consultant didnt give the bride to be the time of day, they were over booked and under staffed. Consultants were tending to multiple parties at once, not helpful and very rude. They left the fitting room doors wide open for everyone to see the half naked brides to be standing there in their under garments. Would not recommended! This place was HORRIBLE!!! Sandy the front desk lady yelled at us so the whole store could hear after we had already been in and tried dresses on, for not having a consultant there to help us! Instead of being a helpful Mature adult she treated us like children! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DAVIDS BRIDAL!! this was definitely not the way I wanted to be treated, embarrassed in front of the whole store, for my 1st dress shopping experience!

Although my bridesmaids found their dresses at DB, I have to say the service we had at your Manhattan location was absolutely awful. Our "stylist" who assisted myself and three of my friends was pretty ditsy and we felt like she didn't know what she was doing. For starters, as me being the bride I did some research beforehand and screenshot a few dresses I wanted the girls to try on - I asked several times for the dresses to be brought over to the fitting room (at least one style) so we can see it in person and she never did... read more

My Bridesmaids dress was supposed to be ready to pick up in the beginning of February, NOW they are saying it won't be ready until The END of March, when the wedding is MARCH 4TH! They also proceeded to yell at me about how it wasn't their problem or fault. UNBELIEVABLE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Even though I did buy my dress here, and the consultant who helped me was great, I can't give David's bridal a 5/5. The atmosphere is so hectic and chaotic. There's no privacy from other bridal parties, half the time you can't even hear what your friends/consultant is saying. You get one change room whether you have 2 bridesmaids or 12, and it makes it almost impossible to focus when there's 20 or more other people around you also trying on dresses and talking. I had the worst experience at Davids Bridal in Madison, MS. I was in the shop today trying to get my bridesmaids fitted for my wedding. The manager was the one that was helping us. The building was packed and it was chaos in there. The manager was rushing all my girls and ended up kicking two of my girls out of dressing rooms for other people. I had a terrible experience at another bridal shop in town and long story short, they ordered the wrong color dress and wouldn't fix it, so I went to davids bridal and Lara was absolutely amazing. Found my dress and took it home the same day!!

Well, it started out okay. My girls tried on so many dresses to find one we all agreed on. They all fell in love with one dress. I told the girl multiple times my colors. MULTIPLE! And that we wanted the coral reef color for dresses to match the groomsmen.
