I absolutely love my wedding dress. I never thought finding a dress would be so fun. Very happy with my options as a bride. But for bridesmaids dresses...I must admit...very frustrated. They took forever to check us out. Had to swap bridesmaids dress because the one I chose was discontinued. That was never communicated to me. The closest size was 4 sizes too large and the alterations would have cost more than the dress. I've had to be at two stores In two states to solve the issue. It took 6 appointments to solve. My appointment went great. I had three ladies helping me. From the time I walked in until I left they were sooooo friendly, nice and even though I did not purchase my dress today they were still nice and helpful. Thanks David's Bridal.

Arlington location focused more on getting a sale than listening to what I wanted very frustrating process thank goodness for online ordering

I took my friend along to pick out my wedding dress. I finaly told him the color that he would be wearing and he wasnt super excited about the tan. The receptionist was continuing to bring up the pink although he repeatedly said it wasnt the pink. She would not drop it.

The staff is unhelpful and only cares about commissions. I will never go here again for any reason and am very upset that I have them so much revenue between alterations, wedding gown and bridesmaids. They don't deserve it. The pin holding fabric together that was found when I got home from alterations was the last straw.

I came here to get sized for a bridesmaids dress that my friend was getting from out of town. Since I couldn't go out of town to get fitted I was going to get my sizes and send it to them. Apparently if I wasn't going to buy a dress at David's Bridal I could not get sized. The place seemed beautiful but I would suggest letting people get sized like other bridal shops do.

I have gone here for my wedding dress I planned in going here for the flower girl dresses as well as bridesmaid dresses. But with the service we got while trying on flower girl dresses this weekend I am seriously double thinking it. I made an appointment a mint a head of time but probably saw the consultant all of 2 times. We had questions and no one was around to help us at all!
