How can you get wrong type, wrong sizes, wrong color, and wrong alterations when it is expressed to you specifically from measurements and declarations from the bride to be? If your success would be graded via incompetence you'd put all of your competition out of business. You promote in civility to your clients as often as you mess up their requests. This location, if it is any indication of a wider problem, should be avoided at total risk just as all David's bridals should be. Buyer beware!!!!
My beautiful sister, who is the bride, had a good time, and found her dress (which she looks amazing in)! So I guess that is all that matters; but unfortunately we got Patty as a sales rep who was extremely rude, condescending, and seemed to be in a rush! Which pissed me off no end! But it's not my day, it's hers!
Had an appointment last weekend for my bridesmaid to try on dresses and it was far from a good first experience with picking dresses! Rosales was the sales women who had helped us and she was extremely judgmental on the size and shape of my girls, would not help with colors or the style dress I wanted, completely unaccommodating and just down right rude overall. I know that I will NEVER visit this store again for any kind of occasion nor will I recommend anyone to go there !
No service, dresses all cheaply made. Had an appointment??? Never saw a sales person.. on Thursday at noon??? So frustrated.

I had found a bridesmaid dress I loved online and called to schedule the appointment with a few of my bridesmaids. I had to make different trips as two of them live away and we're not home at the same time. The two girls from away were told they can call and order the dresses from the stores out west as they would have my file there. They both called the stores in Edmonton and Calgary and didn't have my name on file nor do they have the same system apparently. The older lady that was with us was horrible, mean, not helpful! My daughter had a very bad experience for trying on wedding dresses! We would never go back! We tell everyone how horrible she was. She should be fired!!!!!
