Bad service, very careless management, my dress was in bad conditions and she just told "we can't do anything about it" very disappointed
I wish there was a lower rate than a one. This store is terrible. My future mother in law purchased her dress here and had the WORST experience. When her dress was in they tried to pass off a dress that had beads falling off to her. They reshipped one, she got it altered and they did not alter it correct for her. She had them correct it a second time and still not right! They blamed this on her! How is that her fault, she was not there to sew the dress. Customer service is terrible at this location. Customer service at this location is pretty terrible. They're very frustrating to work with. Just expected a place that catered to stressed out brides to be better at being polite at the very least. One lady wouldn't let my disabled mother in law have a chair because she didn't want her to move it from her empty section to our very busy area. If I could give 0 stars I would! I am so Beyond disgusted! Let me start with i called David's to make an appointment (mistake number one ) for my 4 bridesmaids, myself and my flower girl. We show up and are pushed off to go browse wedding dresses and were told someone would be right with us. 15 minutes later after finding 3 dress's I liked the lady came over and brought them to the dressing room. Well I lovED my dress. Paid for alterations (300) and the lady hemmed it WAY too short. You can see my feet. A year later and I'm still fuming. I also was on crutches, never got a "break". stood for 2 solid hours. They were in a hurry....so I guess I should be understanding? If only everyone treated you like the SALES ladies do.
I will never go back to this store again. I just picked up my daughter's prom dress. She purchased it, but it needed some minor repairs (a seam sewn that was coming out, a couple of beads replaced). This is work I can do myself, so I asked for a discount. Oh no, we don't do that. We'll fix it and you still have to pay full price. The seam was hand sewn back together and looks like a 2nd grader did it. The hook and eye is useless at the top of the zipper. Went to this location and had a terrible experience. I revieved little to no attention. I became frustrated and changed clothes to make a call for help from the Bride to be. An associate came by and just ask was i done and proceeded to remove my selected dresses from the fitting room. So i went back to try on other dresses.
