Between the customer service I had today while getting my dress altered to when I went back the same day to get my dress, because I found someone who was able to do the alterations to my dress at a better price and with a better attitude, I will never go back to another David's bridal. I have never been so unhappy with something that is suppose to be so exciting, dealing with the rude customer service when I went back to get my dress put me in tears and only then did I get my full refund. Poor, poor, poor customer service AFTER u buy the dress. Seamstress tried to tell my daughter that the hem line, which was obviously higher on one side of her dress than the other was "just fine." Umm...no....its uneven dork! I know people are thinking "mother of the bridezilla" but honestly, the hem which she took up was crooked. They finally fixed it but she didn't want to. Also first fitting we waited for 45 minutes. No chairs to sit and wait....we just stood around like idiots. I will NEVER go to David's Bridal again!
I am very displeased with the service at the Davids Bridal located 8111 NW Roanridge Road Kansas City, MO 64151. I bought my wedding dress from here and all my bridesmaid dresses. All my bridesmaid have had a horrible time with the customer service at this location. The lack of communication at this store is outstanding. Two of my bridesmaids were forced to reschedule their alterations meetings. My maid of honor was not informed that she would have to pay for alterations at the time of fitting. We walked in and didn't even get a welcome. Yet there was two employees at the door. We walked in towards the left of the store in hopes of someone that works there to approach us. Sadly it never happened. We felt discriminated. Judged us why BC of our apperance. Never again will we come back to this place. To think that I was going to spend my money in this place for my wedding dress and my brides maids.
They rush you through your scheduled appointment
The staff is rude and they don't communicate at all to each other I am a bride and was looking for a dress I had an appt and was early and was told I could look around till a room opened up then was put in a room and my helper was never told I was there waiting I ended up doing it on my own. Then went looking at shoes and you can't find anything no of the styles are together its a huge mess and again one on to help you find what your looking for . Alterations department are horrible made me feel very uncomfortable in my own skin...I felt fat
Today my best friend went into your store all excited and happy knowing her wedding is only 3 weeks away and went in to get altercations done to her wedding dress...and because off your "awesome" staff she left humiliated embarrassed and hurt. She apparently gained some weight and her dress no longer fit...now mind you she's a mother and works full time as an assistant manager so getting to the gym is very hard on her...and your staff made a huge fuss over her weight and even had the nerve to say to another client and I quot... read more
