The older lady would not show me anything that I was even remotely interested in or she would say that wouldn't look good on me. Decided to go to one in Houston where we had MUCH better service.
I didn't even want to give David's Bridal one star. They had refunded my dress without my permission and had put my money back into someone else's account. It has been over a month and I'm still trying to rectify the situation. They are being very unprofessional and they never return my phone calls and I'm currently out $154 and I have no dress. Their professionalism is below par and I hope to never have to work with this company again.
Originally I had a pretty good experience getting all of the dresses. But once they arrived we realized that ALL of the dresses needed major work. My bridal gown had too much lace at the back that made the dress sit funny. Both of my bridesmaid dresses were huge and we couldn't exchange them because of the 10 week timeline. I'm giving a 2 based solely on customer service. I made an appointment over the phone weeks ago to accommodate all of my bridesmaids. My appointment is today at 3pm. To my surprise, I get a call confirming my appointment for tomorrow at 1pm. The person I spoke to started out pleasant enough but when I said that this appointment is happening today she kind of dropped her bubbly act and told me "if you still want to come in today I guess we can fit you in". Don't waste your time!!! Went here for my sister in law and our "bridal coordinator" we actually saw for about 1.5 minutes within 2 hrs. I ended up putting her in all the dresses and doing everything. I recommend going to rochester if your set on Davids bridal.
I ordered my bridesmaids dress and September received it and November was told by the ladies at David's bridal I had to order my dress right then and there. The wedding ended up being canceled when I called a few months ago the lady told me I could take our dress back for in-store credit if it was not altered. When I called a few days ago they told me I was unable to get in-store credit because it was too far since I've ordered my dress which was less than a year, and the wedding they had already passed.
