The girl who helped me she never told me her name. All I know is it wasn't Deb! They didn't have anything I selected on my favorites, and if it wasn't for me writing down the 6 out of the favorites I really liked they would have never been able to check to see if they did have it because they couldn't pull my favorites up. Worst experience ever. David's Bridal in Nashua just ruined my best friend's wedding gown three weeks before her wedding. While doing alterations, the seamstress just decided to hack off the train! To make a horrible situation worse, the assistant Manager, Jeanine (sp?), was incredibly rude and condescending THE ENTIRE THREE HOURS we were there trying to correct the situation. Somehow even though the bride set up an account with everyone's name and the dress style and color. They could not find it and because of that i ended up with the WRONG COLOR of bridesmaid dress, Thank you for the embarrassment. You are a bridal shop, How can you not have proper records of your bridal parties. That is what you are known for. I am beyond angry. You had one job and you failed horribly at it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE LADY HELPING ME WASN'T TRYING TO HELP ME FIND ANYTHING SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING WHEN I ASKED A QUESTION SHE HAD TO ALWAYS ASK THE MANAGER SHE ALMOST MADE ME JUS KALL IT OFF AND GO TO DA COURTHOUSE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY
My daughter who lives out of town Made an appointment at a bridal show. Came to the appointment only to find the store closed for another two hours. Called customer service. They said; currently closed and disconnected. Could not even leave a message! Obviously don't care about their customers.
The service was terrible!! They made me feel very uncomfortable to be there, and to top it all off the dress I purchased was sold to me in full price even after they had altered the zipper before I had payed the dress, which broke on my prom night! Very disappointed.
I'm leaving now and it's 547 and although Mary was very attentive the rest of the staff was completely uninterested. I was completely ignored by 4 different sales women 4 of whom were huddled at the front desk. The long and short of it is that I was told that "they didn't have enough time for me to try on dresses" "they give 90minutes to brides and with them closing at 7pm it wouldn't be enough time". Do not use davids bridal!! It has been a nightmare for me. My bridesmaid dress was supposed to be here April 15th and there was a issue with the dress so they told me it would be here early may. I went there on Tuesday and the dress is still not here and the wedding is in 3 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous they are not being very helpful at all. I do not want to use davids bridal ever again.
