Their customer service could be better. When I am in a business and plan on spending money, I find it frustrating when you ask if they have an item and they point and say "if we have it, it will be over there" I wouldn't have asked if I could have found it myself.
A bunch is sorrys is what they can do for us. We had an appointment and were seen pretty much on time. Our lady was nice but she was helping a drive at the same time so maybe that's why she wasn't able to focus on what we had asked her for. I had mocked up what I wanted my wedding party to look like. Worst experiences ever! In the last 2 and a half years I have had to go here 5 times. The first time I went was over 2 years ago. I was just starting my wedding dress shopping and was super excited! My consultant completely ignored my price point and only would let me try on 3 dresses. That's not even enough to see what styles looked good on me... They will tell you what you want to hear, until after you purchase. Then everything they told you will change, do not buy here.
I am sooooo upset and angry with David's Bridal...me and my bridal party took hours out of our weekend to go try on dresses and we found the dress...during the appointment the consultant was hardly with us...granted it was a Saturday and bridal salons are always busy since she had 3 other parties to attend..well my girls got measured and everything...I call today to ask a couple questions and they CANNOT find my order at all!!! They were very rude to my mother in law and I. When we asked for help they would walk away. One lady was extremely nasty to me saying I needed to come to the register and pay for my dress right now as I was helping my mother in law find a dress. The lady in alterations told me I had no chest..yelled at me for wearing the wrong size bra and told me I needed to get a bra built into my bridesmaid dress. I will never go back to David's Bridal ever again. Horrible
Appointment for noon to pick up my daughters junior prom dress. Just to find out the dress hasn't even been altered yet. They have had the dress for 6 weeks, what the heck. Never again buying or having anything altered by them.
I bought my wedding dress 2 months ago they ruined my wedding day went to put on my dress yesterday and the dye pack was still on my dress they apologized and gave me 30 dollars. That is very upsetting i was late starting my wedding
