I am a bride to be and let me just say, the service here was terrible. The "consultant" (Mindy) we had was rude, disrespectful and pushy. She insisted the the shoes I had chosen for my bridesmaids were inappropriate and kept pushing us to look at the shoes on sale in the back of the store. I'm a bridesmaid in my friend's upcoming wedding. The Bride has tattoos and a girl that was with us not part of the wedding has her nose pierced. Our consultant Mindy, was extremely rude to the bride and the other girls. Upon introducing herself to the wedding party she rolled her eyes and turned up her nose to the pierced nose and tattoos and commented that was distasteful. I wish I could give it NO STARS! I don't understand why people don't understand the value of great customer service. I'm DISGUSTED!
So disappointing. Went in November and ordered and PAID for a bridesmaids dress. Called last week and it never got ordered. They assured me it would be ready 3 weeks before the wedding. Not enough time for alterations. And I have not heard back from them. Awful customer service and so very frustrating!
