Had an appointment today and got BARELY any help. If I waited for her to come bring dresses, I probably would have walked out. I picked out and brought over ALL the dresses I had my bridesmaids try on. So one of my girls pay and the other goes back later to pay and when she does she realizes that her dress was paid for by my other bridesmaid. Having read a lot of the reviews here, and seeing how the vast majority are negative, I thought I'd share the fact that my fiance had a very similar negative experience to what most of you have articulated here. Since I paid for the dress I thought I'd echo the VERY poor customer service on not only our experience, but some of the other experiences we witnessed while making our purchase. I had a bridesmaid get a dress 3 months before my wedding. We called about it 3 weeks before the wedding because it still never came in. Turns out they schedule the dress for a different day and it was the wrong color!! I got my money back and would not recommend this place!!

This store is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service! My sister and I went in to look at bridesmaids dresses, we checked in and was told someone would be right with us. Well after 25 minutes of being ignored and observing people that came in after us getting help we left. I originally went to David's bridal to purchase my wedding dress. Was treated poorly. Ended up finding a dress their on my own with no assistance and ordered it. I never was told my dress came in and they ended up giving me a damaged dress. They tried to charge me over 300 for a bustle for a small train then was rude to my family. Needless to say I ended up returning my dress and accessories ( all sales final.... no way). Take your business elsewhere unless you want poor service. Wish I could give this place 0 ☆
Absolute worse customer service - from the moment the bride came in for her appt to me picking up my bridesmaids dress. I stood at the front of the counter while 3 different ladies came by, two who which let people cut me to check out and never once acknowledged me or said anything in regards to "give me a minute or I'll be with you soon"....
