My sister and I had a bad experience with this location today. After having problems with the store that closed unexpectedly in Norridge, we were hing to have a better experience, but sadly that didn't happen. After having to wait 20 minutes in the dress I thought I was going to have altered there, we were rudely told that we wold have to come back on July 8th because we did not have an appointment. Their dresses are Expensive and then add on the even more expensive alterations now your dress is terribly expensive.
