Appauling service and treatment from staff and manager. NO ONE should ever buy a dress from there. They ruined the BRIDES DRESS and refused to fix it and or alter it after she had already paid to have it altered!!!!!!! She should be reimbursed the full cost of the dress!!!!!!
In all of my experiences with David's bridal (for 3 different occasions at 2 different stores) there's always something incorrect with the ordering process, or a rude salesperson. My last experience was to order a dress for my brother's wedding and it took me 2 hours in the store and on the phone with his local store to order the dress. The dress was ordered 3 times (and I was charged for it) and refunded twice. My first visit here was terrible, the consultant seemed in experienced, and wasn't very helpful, the stores assitant manager is very ignorant and has poor costumer service and doesn't make your experience feel like a good one at all, I ordered a dress then was told after I placed my order that it was discontinued.. I would have given less than one star. We drove 5 hours down to KY from NW Ohio to shop for our daughters wedding dress. We were running late because of the traffic in Cincinnati and we called several times to let the store know we were running behind. The manager Melissa was extremely rude!!! Absolutely awful. Don't recommend anyone going to David's bridal at Easton for a dress.
Gone in there several times, the girls look at you like you're the scum of the earth walking in their store. Dirty looks and no help. Bunch of snobby girls. Would never purchase a dress from here. You're better off at champagne and lace in Abbotsford.
