I bought my wedding dress at Davids Bridal in April of 2014. The alterations told me to come back after my dress had been altered, a week before my wedding to get the dress pressed. She said that the pressing came with the purchase. I asked to get it in writing because I did not want to come back and be told something different. She then told me that they do presses with all purchases so there is no need to have it in writing. I had called the day before I went and they told me the dress that I wanted there were a few of each size. So we spend almost a hr and a half driving and there is only one dress and it's to small. Good thing Myranda was with cause she asked the girl to look around maybe in a dressing room or just someplace else ? Well the girl went looking and found one!! She put it in the dressing room and she went off. Not to helpful . Put I did get the dress and I'm happy with it. And they have a lot to choose from .

I had a terrible time finding a dress here. I was apparent to me that I was stuck with a newbie for my appt, which would've been fine, but I just didn't get the sense that he was listening to me. I was looking for something really simple. I tried on 4 dresses, understood that he had no idea what I was looking for.
