My order has been screwed up so many times in the past 6 months that my bridesmaid dress is now estimated to arrive 4 days before the wedding and I'm 8 months pregnant with a HUGE amount of alterations to be done. I will NEVER work with David's again.
Went to the store in Madison Heights, MI. Felt ignored/invisible and the staff seriously lacked customer service skills. I made an appointment and got almost no help. My sister who recently had surgery was helping me since no one else was and the person we had an appointment with was hardly anywhere to be seen.
They do not deserve the star I HAD to give them, but I couldn't post without rating. I can honestly say that I will never step foot in a David's Bridal again after the experience I had with them. I bought my wedding dress last year and wasn't really sure what I wanted, all I knew I wanted was lace somehow someway. Well I found a dress in my budget that I fell in love with. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ladies do NOT shop here, it'll only end in tears. I was asked to be Maid of Honor for my friends wedding and was thrilled especially since this was my first bridal experience. We came here to David's Bridal in Torrance and picked out beautiful dresses. I found the perfect dress but unfortunately they didn't have my size in the store.
