I sent a formal review to the corporate office regarding the customer service at the Modesto , CA location. I'm waiting to hear a response back from them. Unfortunate because of the way we were treated and lack of customer service we will not be making another purchase with them.
Never found a store so racist like this store. Walked around the store two time and never got a greeting or offered to help. In the other hand other two girls where in front of me and got like two attendants. Never will go to the store again.

Talk about a wedding nightmare... the lost my maid of honors dress.. my dress still has not arrived and my wedding is in 4 weeks... and when we went in on several occasions the workers were rude... im definitely a pissed off bride.
