Adrienne, from the North Austin store, was awesome! There was a large selection of dresses and Adrienne, my sales consultant, catered to my every need and made my shopping experience a fabulous one. I'm so very happy with the service I received today at my dress fitting. Both managers helped me come up with a solution to an issue I was having with the dress I chose for my wedding. The managers that helped came up with the most impressive solution ever. The girls in Alterations went over & above their alteration requirements. You are all so wonderful. After traveling from Tx to Alabama to try on dresses I made it to my original appt in Tuscaloosa but no one told me the store was closing and only clearance items were left. After being treated as if it was no big deal I arrived at the Hoover location (they were able to fit myself and 4 of my bridal party in that same day)! Ms Latonia was an AWESOME help with myself (bride) & Fran with my party...needless to say we are going to drive the extra distance and use this as out location. The whole staff was very friendly!
