The level of customer service I received on my visit was incredible!! From the ladies at the front desk, on the sales floor to the ladies in alternations. Everyone there were super nice and knowledgeable, made my experience so much better than I expected.Â

Beatrice and Sylvia were great! They didn't have what I was looking for, but they really tried to find something that would work. Even the front lady Ashley was friendly!Â

My daughter & I had the most amazing experience being our 1st time and all. A young lady named Sylvia DeLeon help my daughter find a prom dress. When we walked in she had a dressing room ready and about 5 dresses for my daughter to try on. Sylvia never once rushed us & was very patient with my picky daughter.
