Amazing experience!! Was waited on hand and foot and Leticia really listened to my requests.
They didn't pay much attention to my mother in law and myself when we were looking around, they asked us if we wanted to try anything on and when I said no they just walked away. They never bothered to ask what type of dress I was looking for or if I was interested in a certain one
My helper was Nick and he was awesome! My whole experience was very memorable.
When i first walked in I wasn't greeted. I began looking at wedding dresses by myself and ended up with 3 dresses on my hands. My fiance had to take them off my hands and go get assistant. I spent at least 15 min searching with out anyone asking if they could help me. Finally, after I said out loud that it looked like i wasn't going to get any assistance, a young woman came over to help me. Her name was Leticia. She signed me in and setup a dressing room. The lady who helped me try on dresses was awesome! Very friendly asked great questions to help find style and budget. Certain DB stores do not carry the JP line at all. It would be nice to support my local store and not drive to another city.
Amazing experience, the sales associate that helped me did a fantastic job finding a dress that best suited me and that I felt comfortable in.

It was a great experience. The ladies were so caring and patient with my niece. She was a active 3 year old. But will be a great flower girl.
Friendly and courteous greeter. Cashier seemed a bit stressed.
