Theresa Smith at David's Bridal Alterations Department in South Coast Metropoint is an absolute delight! She did a wonderful job walking me through the alterations process, and she made me feel very much at ease! I highly recommend her for any of your alteration needs.

I came in with my friend for her appointment on a sunday. Got checked in things were great, but it took a really long time for Krista to come up. She was very rude. You could tell she did not want to be there. She took her time. Had the bitchest look on her face the hole time. Didn't act too professional or look that professional. I do not think my friend got the expirence she deserved. She I still trying to decide if she will come back to purchase but she will not work with krista if she comes back. Horrible expirence! I checked in was a walk in the front people told me it would be a few minutes I can clearly see them calling up someone to help me they did it multiple times. Took forever for someone to come up. I do appreciate the girls in the front they did apologize on how long it took I can could tell they were really trying to help. The girl who helped me was super rude. I will not be coming back to this location again.

I'm a bridesmaid came in with the bride and I have to say I had a really great expirence and love the expirence my BFF got. Kayla was at the front she checked us in explained to us the process told us Stephani was going to be her stylest and explained the bridal salon room to us. She was also very helpful when we had a few questions. Then the appointment started and Stephanie was amazing, very sweet and helpful, she gave my BFF a great expirence. Ashley was amazing! She listened to my needs and through the process of trying different styles and colors we found a dress that I just didn't feel pretty in but feel beautiful and confident. Being Mother of the Bride is very special in this wedding due to my daughter's father left not only her but here 2 older siblings when she was 18 months old and never saw us again. Thank you Ashley!
