Terrible experience. Right as you enter if you even glimpse at the dress, they gather around whispering about you. Many others have had this same experience. My people were given attitudes and it made the already stressful experience even more stressful. They are super pushy and don’t give you a lot of time to actually think (I get they have other clients), but it’s often a $1000+ purchase. Worst experience ever. I’ve always heard not so great of things about this location, but unfortunately experienced it first hand a few weeks ago. We were simply walking by the bridal gowns and had a rude employee come over to us 4 and say “whatttt are you doing, you can’t touch the dresses”. Say what?? 🤣 You’ve got to be kidding me. there is a rep there named Jordan and he was the most SWEETEST and most HELPFUL. I went in in about 2 weeks ago to be fitted for a wedding (I live 60 miles away) and I got fitted by Myranda. she was nice and helpful there HOWEVER we have to order my dress in the state we are having wedding and was told all my measurements would be in the system come to find out when we got home and called to get all set up nothing was put in the system. My soon to be daughter-in-law dress came in she went and picked it up when she got home several pieces of Lace were not stitched in the threads were hanging some of the button loops were wrong and some dark couple stains on the dress that was $600. Her and her grandmother took the dress back to ask them to fix the dress and they refused. My family has done years of business with this bridal shop but never again. We purchased my bridesmaids dresses at the David’s Bridal in Clive in February 2020. The dresses came in on time in June/July 2020. All of the dresses fit fairly well with minimal alterations to be done on them. They fit, style, everything was all correct. Mataya was our stylist/helper the day we picked out the bridesmaids dresses, she was so nice and helpful. The dresses were also reasonably priced. We had a great experience overall and will recommend them to future brides/bridesmaids. Thank you!

when i went there to look for bridesmaids dresses the lady working with me was very rude and told the bride that she should consider changing her colors. never will come back.

As a future bride that is plus size I know how stressful shopping for a dress can be. We are already worried about if we will find our dream dress, how much it will cost, how it will look on us and how helpful the staff will be (as it could be a bit challenging working with a plus size bride).
