Horrible service not got a correct date when my dress would arrive, then once it did I had to call to find out never received an email till almost a week later, when picking it up they put me in a room by myself to try my dress on I had no help zipping it up or anything had to do it all on my own, tried it on packed it up and walked out the door never got a thank you or anything! My family & myself will never recommend davids bridal to anyone!

This is my now 2nd time writing a bad review on this place. I brought my dress in for alterations about a month ago, I went in today to pick my dress up, after waiting for 20 minutes (she helped someone else first who DIDNT have an appointment) my dress was too big around my chest and it kept falling down and exposing my bra, when I brought that up to the lady helping me she said they could put snaps on the bra and inside of the dress so my bra wouldn't show, after she pinned it I was looking at it and didn't like it because... read more

I am absolutely thrilled wit my experience at Davids! I first went to Stacys andwas going to buy a dress there. After thinking about it I just wasnt comfortable at all. The dres was more for omeone in their 20's than a mature adult. I went to Davids my attendant helped me pick out a dress more age appropriate.i loved it and everyone at my wedding commented on it "how beautiful, where did you find it" were some of the resposes. Had an appointment at 2pm. Arrived and was told they didn't have one written down for us. Asked to look at flower girl dresses. That was fine as long as we didn't need any help. Selection was poor. Only sizes 2t and 4t. Went to Stacey's Bridal and found great customer service and the perfect dress.

Went there today and from the minute we walked in the door, our anxiety levels were through the roof. The greeter at the front was horrible and not friendly. There was a sale going in, but no where does it state that clearance items are not available in any other color other than the one dress. When you go online, that option is available. When I first began shopping for my wedding dress I was so excited, I got to davids bridal and found the perfect dress during my very first fitting, sadly my dress was The only thing that was perfect from this place. Despite all the bad things I had heard about them I still went there. Worse customer service I ever saw! Our consultant was over booked & didn't give us hardly any attention. Had us waste time trying on dresses that turned out to not be in the colors of the wedding, after we were told in the beginning they were. The store was so crowded there was no space for the bridal party, no where to sit down, and no help to get the dresses zipped up. Will never go there again.

I didn't buy my dress here because the flow of how they run things is very unorganized. I did buy bridesmaid dresses here simply because it was convenient. They come in quickly, but the material is horrible. They ladies working the front desk were rude when my sister and I came in just to see if they had a dress in stock to have my girls try on in our appointment the next week. I went for my fitting, I was so excited. The women then was very pushy to schedule my next appointment before this one had even started. She was grouchy I didn't have the shoes I was planning to wear. She then told us we probably wanted a bustle, $50 for 3 loops but failed to tell us it was 14 loops...I had need to purchase a corset bra while there my mom had seen the list of prices and asked if it was total she said yes.
