I bought my dress at David’s Bridal today. The dress is absolutely perfect and got it for a great price. My dress gets 10 stars, the service gets 2. I felt like our consultatant was too focused on the 1-1/2 hour time frame of the appointment. She mentioned several times “we only have a certain amount of time” which made me feel rushed. She also didn’t ask about our budget, and ended up putting me in a dress that was about double what I wanted to spend. Luckily I didn’t fall in love with it. We went here today for an appointment to look for a flower girl dress for an upcoming wedding my daughter is in and a mother's dress for my aunt for the same wedding. When I checked in at the front desk the guy was very snooty. I said I had an appointment and he could not find the paperwork so acted as if we did not have an appointment and would not be able to have anyone work with us. Davids bridal is the worst customer service I️ have ever seen. They can’t exchange shoes ordered online because they come from different warehouses!?!? That makes no sense what’s so ever. The fact that they are Davids bridal product I should be able to exchange at any store...but that’s l okay tho I️ promise I️ will give them no more business from anyone I️ know. To top it off two dresses were either sized wrong or the zipper broke for my dress because of the fabric and cheapness of my 170$ dress. Your lucky we have 4 weeks ... read more

Well our initial appointment was great. But when it came to receiving emails about dresses being in they failed. Same goes with my bridesmaids they never received anything. Then i received my wedding dress (shipped clear to TN from IA) without any notification..

If you’re planning on getting something from David’s bridal make sure it is something you really like. I got my girlfriend a dress about a year ago, which she never wore because it wasn’t in her size and she doesn’t like it. We were told by one of the managers that we can still make an exchanged on the item as long as she never removed the tag, wear it, or was within the three year limit. Would have been 5 starts but my this third time I was there with my two bridesmaids and with my appointment the constultant helped find my three main dresses and then disappeared I was very insulted and very ticked off about this last visit I explained my colors she put my girl in Coral color so it looked awful and was hard to imagine so I had to pull the correct color off the rack myself witch was in her actual size she was taking care of other people and in an HR we got a total of 2 dresses each on my girls cause he kept u... read more

I was thoroughly unimpressed with the service provided by my attendant! His name is Nick, and he is possibly the rudest attendant I have come acrossed in the wedding industry. Very pushy, wouldn't give me time to look through dresses (even through I was supposed to do that exact thing) constantly looking at his watch as if my presence was a complete waste of his time!
