I set up an appointment for my friend to try on wedding dresses this past Friday. It was in the evening, 6pm. The lady that was assigned to help my friend was awful. This is not the kind of person that should be around people who are experiencing some of the happiest moments of their lives, like finding their wedding dress. my finace went to davids bridal to check out the $99 dresses as we are on a very tight budget for our wedding. she asked to see some of them and the gal helping her said oh we dont have any dresses that cheap thays just for advertising to get customers in here. talk abiut some bs

My consultant was nice and tried her best but the store didn’t have much to select from. I had found a bunch of dresses online I wanted to try on but when I showed up they didn’t have any of them in the store. The dressing rooms were also very dirty with stuff all over the floors.

The only bad experience is the temperature of the store. The experience is not as enjoyable trying on dresses if you are sweating buckets. But I did a lot of looking before we went knew what I wanted and walked out wishing 40 minutes.

Arrived for a scheduled appointment a bit early, and it was very clear everyone was much too busy to assist us any time prior to the appointment time, despite the fact there wasn’t a single other bride in the store. Our consultant, Chloe, was not helpful nor friendly, and it certainly seemed that we were inconveniencing her. After giving her a short list of dresses our bride had found online, she explained that none of these were available at this location. Went to go pick up one of my bridesmaid’s dresses today and they shipped it to a random address..my wedding’s in two weeks... can’t wait to speak to the operations manager Amanda tomorrow to see how she’s going to get it back. �

Went there this past Saturday with my 2 sisters and mother. We were prepared to be ordering 8 bridesmaids dresses plus junior bridesmaid and flowers girls dress. To say the customer service we received from Brandon was less than would be an understatement. He didn’t help us get dresses, find sizes and the bride has to dig through the shoes to find her size. He sat and talked to the MOB the whole time about how he gets bad reviews all the time. Needless to say we did not purchase. Basic customer service will go a long way.

Staff was very rude when I called to cancel the brides bridal gown appt and confirm that the bridesmaids could still keep their appt.

We had the worst service there ever. My friend who had made an appointment with them since I had suggested that she should go there. When we got there the sales associate was rushing us even though we had booked for 4 hours (bride and bridesmaid). She kept telling us that she has another bride coming and kicked us out within 2 hours. She had measured the bride wrong so when she got her dress it did not fit her (was too tight).
