1st time in David's I am doing a Vow Renewal and was looking for dress and accessories. Erin was very helpful in assisting me with my purchases! Found everything I needed and few extra things of course. As a Travel Professional sending clients to destination weddings and honeymoon I will recommend David's. Kristin Olson was so helpful and so much fun! She made me feel great in the dresses and gave great pointers to look even better. Definitely knows what she is doing and will definitely ask for her help again.
Went back for my wedding dress fitting and the experience was, again, wonderful. The ladies were attentive, sociable, and informative. I also went in with a bridesmaid dress problem. Half my bridesmaids dresses that were ordered online from a different retailer had not and would not come in on time for my wedding due to the coronavirus. Katie R was amazing! I went to David's Bridal two days in a row because I couldn't get the dress out of my head. The women working those two days with Katie R were wonderful and understandood my wants and needs. I'm so grateful for their care and patience. I will recommend David's Bridal to anyone who needs a gown!
Amber Barnes was absolutely wonderful to work with. Right away she understood what I was looking for and did a great job pleasing my “entourage”, but putting what I wanted first. She quickly was able to read my face and knew if I liked something or not. She gave me plenty of time to make decisions and I never felt rushed. She also completely respected my budget and didn’t try to push anything on me. I was dreading the experience because I had a negative experience in the last store. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of. Kristin listened to what I wanted and helped me in and out if every dress. She pulled dresses that fit and was very patient. Within minutes I was hopeful and in an hour I had my dream dress. I felt very special and left smiling. Not a negative thing to say about the girls at David's Bridal!
