Amber Barnes was absolutely wonderful to work with. Right away she understood what I was looking for and did a great job pleasing my “entourage”, but putting what I wanted first. She quickly was able to read my face and knew if I liked something or not. She gave me plenty of time to make decisions and I never felt rushed. She also completely respected my budget and didn’t try to push anything on me. I was so nervous i'd be pushed into a dress that was too expensive, that worry quickly went away while working with Amber. She made the whole process really great and was the one that spotted the dress that I ended up getting (a dress i didn't think i'd like based off the hanger). But it was perfect :) Also, the store manager and alterations manager were wonderful to work with too!!

We had a great experience. My daughter was shopping for the second time. First time was not at David's, but she found a dress she loved. Unfortunately, from that time till now, about a year before the wedding, she outgrew her original dress. All the ladies were very supportive and helpful. They helped her find a another dress she fell absolutely in love with. They helped her find the perfect look and a great dress to match for the bridesmaids. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We also were at the one in Duluth. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I wasn’t really sure if I was going to buy a dress when I went; just went to get measured and try some different styles. Allison was my stylist! She was fantastic, she brought me some dresses that I choose and asked what I liked about them and brought me one that was not like what I was looking for. I tried it on she dazzled it up for me and I instantly knew it was the dress! She was so personable and very easy to work with! The manager that was there was so helpful too! The environment was welcoming and the staff truly made my day a day I won’t forget! We were even able to find my moms outfit. They also checked all of the quality on every item before I bought them!

To be honest after reading reviews I was hesitant to go to David’s Bridal, but after trying two other bridal boutiques in Duluth and having horrible experiences with both places I thought I would give David’s Bridal a try. It was very easy to make an appointment online, I was updated with texts for reminders. I got there and was already very stressed out, I explained to the recionpoinst my fears and how’s I’ve tried on dresses before and how they were awful experiences. I told them what dresses I already looked at online, hey wrote down the number and let me walk through the showroom to see if there were any others I wanted to try. I got to work with Katie R. At the Duluth store, I told her how picky I was and I know what I liked and didn’t like, she was very easy to work with!!! I appreciated her patience for me, she was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. She offered me help getting in and out of dresses, I even accidentally hit her in the face while diving into a dress, she laughed and said it’s happened before. She was just great!! I ended up trying on a dress I liked from online and fell in love with it, she showed me different ways we could perfect it with alterations and added hair pieces/belts etc.. I feel bad for ever doubting David’s Bridal, Katie and the Duluth team really pulled through and made me feel like a bride. Thank you so much!!

Both times I’ve been to the Duluth store I’ve had fabulous experiences! Had gone to a location in the Twin Cities and didn’t feel as welcomed as I had at the Duluth location! They were able to help fit all my bridesmaids as well as answer some questions about my dress!
