Crappy customer service from the register girl Sunday morning. She definitely gave the attitude of not caring, it was gross. Such a shame that you have that kind of representation in your line of business.

Absolute WORST service I’d ever received. Just watched the seamstress Yelena belittle my bridesmaid on her weight instead of admitting they took it in when they shouldn’t of and try to make us pay for her to fix it. 10/10 don’t recommend not to mention the other bridesmaids dresses weren’t right either.

My soon to be wife is not happy with her dress because of the underside of it looks strange in photos. 3 hours and 20 dresses later she thought she found 1 but after looking at pictures she's not 100% happy . She talked with customer service and said she could get a refund because we are on the 8th day . But the store refuses to honor that . You can exchange it but needs to be same price or higher. If not you have to buy unnecessary accessories that she don't want if they will ruin someone's wedding for 1,600 is utterly rid... read more

RecommendedLilly was an amazing stylist! She pulled an array of dresses to help me narrow down what fit my style! I never felt rushed or pressured! Highly recommend!!

My two bridesmaids and I were in the Erie, PA store in the fall to find my wedding dress and have them try on/also order their bridesmaids dresses. The "helper" we were given was TERRIBLE!!
