Mykela was fabulous-she helped me find my Mother of the bride’s dress , my daughters wedding gown and the bridesmaids dresses with ease.She is very knowledgeable,patient and efficient! She made a stressful time enjoyable!

I have been to the David’s Bridal in Erie a few times. Each time hoping my experience would be better than the last. ALWAYS disappointed. I walked into David’s Bridal last year for an appointment to try on and purchase a bridesmaids dress for a friends wedding. Since picking that dress out took less than 10 minutes, I was so excited to maybe try on dresses for my own wedding as I had just gotten engaged. I had my appointment today and it wasnt the best experience. They have lovely dresses. Seemed like we were being rushed and the rooms were kinda small.

Today I said yes to the dress.... at Bridal Ellegance. Seriously, David’s Bridal employees started off the appointment the wrong way when we entered and were rudely told “just stand there and wait” as if we were going to start running through the store or something. When we finally were allowed to leave the entryway, we talked to a woman who told us we were early (which I knew) and that our consultant wouldn’t be clocking in until noon. GO TO BRIDAL ELEGANCE INSTEAD!!I had an appointment to try on wedding dresses in the store today and was very disappointed with the experience. I had gone online and printed out pictures of 10-12 dresses from the david's bridal website that I wanted to try on and they only had 3 of those in the store. I quickly tried on these 3 dresses with no help from the sales associate who was with another bride. None of the dresses were what I wanted so I started to leave. I had the worst experience ever at the location today. It was my first appointment the stylist was very rude. Felt as if I was being judged. I know it is a tad early. But I like to plan ahead.

Associate was very rude. Commenting on my age and size. Found beautiful dress though.
We would have went elsewhere if we had other options. Our overall experience was lackluster to say the least. Our associate Emily super was helpful & friendly but was called to the front counter and scolded/talked to as our party happened to look at a dress that was "bagged" and not hanging 2 feet over in the "showroom".
