So I have been to David's bridal three or four times in the past few months not only for my wedding but for my best friends wedding as well. Most horrible experience ever.. I went multiple times and each time was worse then the time before. The 1st time I had a scheduled appt and the associate asked me my size and other personal questions at the front door in front of other customers. My bridesmaid with me pulled all my dresses and assisted me with them the associate only assisted us when we found her and asked her and then she would leave again to help other customers. Where do I begin? My entire experience was awful! From looking for a wedding dress to my bridesmaids dresses. When I went into my appointment to try on wedding dresses (for the first time ever), the lady that helped me out put me in a bra two sizes too big and the wrong slip. My mom and future mother in law tried telling the lady I needed a new bra and she wouldn't listen to them. After about an hour of trying on dresses, she finally went and got the manager. Worst experience ever. I scheduled an appointment for 3/18/17 at 2pm for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. My consultant was rude and tried to rush us during our appointment. All 6 of my bridesmaids had to share a dressing room to try on dresses. My maid of honor had to run and look for different sizes of dresses for my other bridesmaids because my consultant kept disappearing on us. There was nowhere for me to sit while they changed clothes. Well I think that Stephanie should be fired. She offered the worst customer service I have ever gotten. She told my maid of honor she was way too big for a dress and that she would not try to zip it up because my maid of honor would "bust out the seam". Then she proceeded to take the dress away from my maid of honor to give to someone else. Doubt I'll be coming back.

Thank you for the manager calling me fat for 15 mins of a phone call then me saying I was calling high people so then she decided to tell me she was going to refund me 20 dollars. ��� if you want good customer service and to enjoy your day and have it be special for something that is important in the process don't go to David's bridal in Erie PA! I was sized wrong, not helped, given wrong information, and told I was fat ! ��� THANKS!
