Worst costumer service I’ve ever experience. 100% will never recommend nor shop there ever again. They mess up simple orders, ship you wrong dresses, and tell you dresses you pick out don’t come in the color you need when indeed they DO come in the color you need. They don’t know how to work their own website and seem to careless about customer satisfaction.

I had ordered two different dresses through David Bridal. One dress I ordered back in December and it was suppose to come in the end of March. I tried on another dress I liked better that was in stock and ready to ship. The first dress they took the bridal parties information down, like they’re suppose too. Terrible service. Bridesmaids fitting was a free for all. They do not carry all sizes they advertise. My consultant did not clip dresses that were too big for me to help me get a better vision. I asked about the bustle 4 times and was ignored each time. This was a very disappointing experience. I’ve already sent an email to corporate yesterday. Still waiting for my response. I will not visit this location again.

They destroyed a $100.00 rhinestone sash and tried to fill in the gaps with white thread. Probably wouldn’t have been as pissed if the dress was white so it blended but the dress is apple red!!!! Looks like crap and they offered me a $10.00 adjustment $10.00!!!! For a $300.00 dollar dress and $100.00 sash that I have to scramble to find somebody Competent to fix before tonight! We were just there for our bridesmaids dress shopping, terrible service once they found out the bride didn't purchase her dress there! Lady put us in our dressing room, and never came back until we were done trying on 8 different dresses! She then approached us when we were done and walking out. Bridal Elegance, here we come!

Had a bad experience there. They where rude to my mom and me and where very rushy when there was hardly anyone even there. So we got our dresses from Winner and are very happy with our choice.

I was just there a couple days ago and it was awful. My consultant was VERY uninterested and literally walked away from me when I was talking to her and disappeared. She seemed almost bothered that I was trying on dresses? Just lost my business.

My consultant was not very involved with my appointment. She let my bridesmaid carry 6+ dresses before offering to get her a room. She didn't ask me about style or colors, or anything about my wedding. When trying on dresses she disappeared and I had to get help from another consultant just to zip dresses up on my bridesmaid. I had questions about alterations but no staff was to be found.

Mykela did an amazing job helping my sister find her wedding dress and helping me get the right size for my bridesmaids dress. She made the experience so much more enjoyable we were lucky to have her helping us.
