My experience at David’s Bridal of Fayetteville today was mixed. Miss Kalee was an amazing associate who helped my mom find exactly what she needs for her event. Unfortunately every other associate did not offer assistance and Kalee had been tied up with another group but after waiting about 15 minutes she broke away and helped us out. Really disappointed to hear that after I referred many people to come there and look for downs of all types that One of my dear friends bought 2 gowns there— She’s uncomfortable trying on dresses by herself and wanted friends opinion about which dress would be the best...She took both counts home and decided on one came in to return the other two weeks later and It was insinuated that she wore the dress and even told her that there were stains on the dress ....The dress stayed in plastic after it was decided against on the n... read more

Horrible. After you put your dress on layaway, if you even make that far ( I had to book 3 different appts to get one decent associate to help me) you can completely hang up the customer service. Then I needed to remove a zipper and add 2 inches to the corset already on the dress after being told it shouldn't be full price, I was informed full price would be charged because they would have to do an entirely new corset. One person was helping 4 people. Not good at all. We found everything we needed by ourselves. We had to take pictures of the color we choose and the style of dresses. The service was terrible!
