My sister paid way too much for alterations that almost ruined her wedding day. Would NEVER ever send anyone there!!!!

The absolute worst experience. I had ordered my bridal dress at this location with no issues, however when I had scheduled an appointment for my bridesmaids it was completely unorganized. The lady whom helped us had other parties there and she was not solely focused on our party. After trying on a few dresses we picked the dresses we would like to purchase and even pointed out the dress on the board displaying the dresses. My friends and I had a nightmare of a situation with davids bridal Fayetteville. Two of us were ordered the wrong bridesmaid dress, might I add one we never even tried on during our appointment. When we went back to the store in hopes of getting this major issue straightened out we were not so lucky. The manager, who was the one who check us out and typed all of the codes in the night we ordered tried to tell us that the dress we have is the dress our consultant communicated with us that night. We had such great help with my daughter dress shopping for her big day ...so much fun and tears . She found The Dress <3 Thank all of the girls who helped us through this process in the Fayetteville store , great group of women .
Terrible customer service! I went in to buy a dress for an upcoming event, and while trying on dresses not one person checked to see if I need a different size or help zip up the back. I had to keep getting dressed to go find different sizes and there were three ladies talking at the front instead of helping customers. This is the second time this is happened and in the future I will drive to the David's bridal in Raleigh.
