We waited three hrs to meet with a stylist just for her to let me try on only 3 dresses and tell us we had no more time . Very poor attitude and I will be spending my money else where !

When I originally went to pick out my dress, I had a splendid time with a nice gentleman. We had great conversation, and he was very kind/helpful with the whole "picking out a dress" process :) However, when I was getting home from picking up my dress a few weeks later when it arrived, I realized it was extremely matted-looking and wrinkled (obviously from being sent from a larger warehouse-no problem). I was scheduled to be there for my alterations at 9:30. When I got there they told me that the lady didn't get their until 10am. I was already annoyed but decided to wait until that time! So at 10am the lady arrives and tells me that she can't see me because she goes by appointments, but my appointment was at 9:30, and why didn't they tell me that when they schedule me to be there! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! My sister went to this David's bridal to get her wedding gown which she ordered MONTHS ago. Dress can in and looked great, then the alterations started. They sewed ALL of the layers underneath the dress together!!!! And then ripped it apart with my sister sitting in the other room, almost in tears listening to her dress get torn apart. I have a small bridal consulting business and had a bride that went to David's Bridal in Fayetteville, NC to search for her dream dress...She had an appointment so that was not an issue. The issue was that the customer service was extremely poor. She was not offered any assistance and the clerk almost seemed annoyed to be having to assist her. Awful service!! What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you get no freaking assistance.
