We were received by a warm and friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating!
Davids Bridal is under staffed, but overall I love being in the store. Halle is the best.
Had an appointment at 2pm...was over 20minutes before anyone helped us. It was a fitting for my bridesmaids. There was a ton of people on one side of the store and instead of taking us to the other side so all my ladies could try on they put all 5 of us in 1 dressing room in the middle of another group! The lady was NOT helpful, she never offered to help find a dress for my pregnant sister who was having issues with a dress long enough. She sat the whole time and spoke very little!! My mother and I schedule our first appointment for me to look at bridal dresses. I had made my appointment three days in advanced. When I came in not only was my appointment not on the schedule, but they started 30 minutes late. I had a pleasant time with Christine and she made the rest of the appointment finish a bit smoother. I had a wonderful experience with choosing my wedding dress with Allie in the beginning of April....my visit for bridesmaids with Chanel was the complete opposite...there is no point in making an appointment if you still do not have the undivided attention of the consultant..going between multiple groups, not taking measurements until after the fact, incorrect information obtained and not verified, just to name a few..overall great experience for bridal, not so much for bridesmaids!

We found the perfect dress for my daughter but her sister and friend are the ones who found dresses for her. We were given an apology at the beginning by the associate assigned to us that she would be helping another girl at the same time. This was unfair to both families. The major turnoff was when she informed us we were over our appointment time and she had another appointment and left and turned her attention to them. We had a nice time at David's Bridal yesterday. Our hostess was Alexa she was very lovely and sweet and she knew her job well. The only thing that we didn't like about David's Bridal is that they claimed they could not hold dresses on the weekends if they can hold them there in the week which is retarded!!! David's Bridal also claim that they cannot layaway dresses!!

My daughter had a 12:00 appt which did NOT start on time and the. At 12:40 the girl helping us pretty much told us our time was about up. This left us puzzled, so I was like what do you mean? She said returning customers only get an hour. I said well we talked to 3 people and not one of you all told us that. Feeling very irritated I went and found a manager. Worst customer service ever. Also whenever I told my consultant that I didn't like a dress she would just disappear and I would be stuck is a big wedding gown for 10 minutes just standing there..
