Our family recently ordered all the dresses for an entire wedding at this store. All dresses required ordering. We got a call a few weeks later stating the items arrived. In the meantime we found an alternate dress that eliminated the need for one of the orders. Upon our arrival at the store we were informed that any returns have to be made within 7 days of purchase which is nuts as the product didn’t exist for longer than that. My bridesmaids and I went to look for their dresses. The stylists had no idea which dresses were actually available in the color I wanted, and they kept bringing out dresses that wouldn’t actually work. They measured all of my girls, and two ordered in store, two ordered online a couple of weeks later. One of my girls felt like they measured her poorly, so she ordered a size down. I was intimidated to shop here for my dress but I am so glad we did! Leta was absolutely a GOD SEND. She kept in mind our budget, and listened to what I liked. I was “all over the board” but she helped me narrow it down. She knew her stuff, like what fits would look nice and even grabbed a few I wasn’t sure of but sure enough she chose the one 🤩 the entire staff was so incredibly sweet💙 thank you for an amazing experience!

This was the worst bridal experience I’ve ever had... I booked an appointment (which is supposed to be 1.5 hour) and I showed the stylist what I was wanting and she wouldn’t let me sort thru the dresses. So I waited for her to pick dresses out for me and they were all the OPPOSITE of what I showed her. Then, 30 minutes into my appointment she told me I had to reschedule because she had a huge bridal party coming in for their appointment in 45 minutes so she needed to prepare for them.... We have had nothing but trouble from them! I don’t even have the time or energy to type all of the issues when had! They don’t do their jobs for sure. We are very displeased! Will not recommend them to anyone and will not EVER shop here for anything again!
