My daughter had appointment and we felt rushed the whole time , was not impressed at all , she found a dress but I can’t help but wonder if she missed out on the perfect one because we were rushed, bridesmaids were told they didn’t have enough time for them to make another appointment, we live out of town so they missed out on selling 8 bridesmaids dresses. Not happy with experience, this is my only daughter and I’m very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Workers run around like chickens without a head not knowing what they're even doing. We were "politely" welcomed but never again were we offered any help. Even when I stood directly in front of an employee waiting to try on dresses, she completely ignored me and started helping another customer. Don't recommend shopping here. Find a better place where employees actually know what they're doing. Sorry not sorry, but my experience here was horrible.

Had the worst experience with my daughter's flower girl dress! I was not allowed to order the size I wanted and now had to pay to have dress altered. Its obvious your sales team only cares about the bridal dress. The commission isn't worth the time for anything else.

I had a bridal party appointment to look for bridesmaids dresses earlier today. It was overall disappointing. We arrived and started talking to our consultant, and told her the numbers of the dresses we liked online and would like to see, she went to look and another woman comes and says she's now our consultant. Fine, we then explain again what we're interested in, give her our event date, etc. And she starts pulling, and keeps trying to push styles we said we weren't interested in on us. I bought a dress from David's Bridal for my son wedding , I had 2 fittings and came back to pick up my dress on my appointment day by arrived 35 min early only to find my dress is not done and to make matters worse, it was on their sewing table balled up and no one was working on it. The dress should have been done by now and pressed instead of an unfinished dress bunched up on a table. When I spoke to the seamstress she simply said " oh you are 35 minutes early " .
