I love the styles I found and how quickly I was able to find the one. But now that I’ve been called and informed my dress has come in. I tried to call back 5 mins after I got the call and have been trying for the last 2 hours to get a hold of someone to set up alterations since I don’t have a lot of time to get them done (wedding is in 12 days) and I can’t seem to get ahold of ANYONE! Very frustrating...

So upset after buying my dress from there. I was promised it would be cleaned and that all of the rips and popped seams would be fixed but when I went to pick it up they spent 45 min running around the store trying to find it and only one small part had actually been touched. Don’t rely on this place to do your alterations because I was only one of the many upset brides that day. Not sure if I even want my bridesmaids buying their dresses from there anymore.
I know that there are plenty of online retailers now that sell bridesmaid dresses, but I wanted my bridesmaids to be able to try them on first. I found a few dresses that I personally liked for them to wear, and I let everyone try it on in the store. went today and felt like I was heard it cattle and I had made the appointment it was excruciating Lee uncomfortable and overcrowded and they didn't even have anything in the size that I need it there was a very very bad experience for being one of my top choices of stores to go to but I went right across the street and found my dress in a place that made me feel very comfortable

I very rarely leave negative feedback, but I am so very disappointed in my experience at this store today. I called to schedule an accessory appointment. When I arrived at the store, I was told to wait for a stylist. She was doing a bridal dress appointment and was doing a great job with the bride. I waited 35 minutes with no acknowledgment.
