they ignore you if you don't have an appointment. they tell you there's nothing in your size and are unwilling to help you find what you like if you are self serve. I understand it's self serve but you can still help my brothers fiancé decide what she likes and what size she wears. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My youngest daughter along with my two older daughter went to the store yesterday. Our appointment was at 1:30pm, we were told our consultant was still with another appointment and she would be with us shortly, to look at dresses and take pics of the ones she liked. 30 min later we were told we were going to be doubled up with someone else and she should start pulling dresses. 15 min later we still didn't have a dressing room and did not know where the consultant went. I took my mom here for a mother of the bride dress, and they weren't overly helpful. Today, I took my daughter to order her bridesmaid dress and already had the exact dress info to order. We just needed to verify size. After checking in for self serve, pulling the dress myself, trying it on her and asking to order the dress I wanted, I could not get anyone to place the order for me. Last night was the most humiliating night of my life. My dress was ever so slightly too tight, and I asked to just quickly show my family, as they were all waiting to see before we began alterations. It was not David's in particular it was the company I was with.There was to many chiefs and not enough Indians.
We told the girl what type of gown we were interested in but she did not bring anything like we described. She was working with 2 girls so we didn't get her undivided attention.
It's taken David's bridal over 2 weeks to process my return for a dress that was delivered damaged despite following their return instructions exactly. I refuse to ever order a dress from here again. Poor quality and poor customer service.
I have been trying to get my money back on to my card from a layaway dress for 5 days now and every time I call the "one" person who is the "only one that can do it" is never there. I need my money and I need someone to call me back NOW! I've been calling all day. Horrible customer service.
