I went there this past Saturday with my mom and was not planning on trying on dresses as we were getting something else for my mom but we seen a dress similar to the one I am interested in at a different store so we asked to lady at the front desk area if I could try it on real quick to see if it was even an option. They do not come in the room and help you in it anyway because of covid protocols so I did not think it was an issue. My sisters wedding party bought dresses here for her wedding. That part was okay. However. The alterations department for this store is disregarding. The bride reached out multiple times to the alterations department, leaving messages without any acknowledgment. Terrible customer service from the alterations department. We opted to find someone else to do the alterations who was willing to answer any questions we had. SHAME ON LTERATUON DEPARTMENT AT DAVIDS BRIDAL.

I placed my order for my bridesmaid dress on 6/28 and called on 7/6 to cancel because the wedding is no longer happening. They told me I was outside of the 7 day window of cancelling for a full refund. Even though there was a holiday weekend in there granted they claimed to have been open, that does not mean that I am available to call during that timeframe. I called and left a message for a manager to call me back over 24 hours ago and still haven’t been called AND now my order doesn’t even show up on my account anymore. Sc... read more

If I could leave no stars I would this store is very unprofessional and if you ship there never pay in cash I did that and I returned my dress 5 days later only because I was convinced to buy a dress that was to small and put a corset in which would cost more I just decided to buy online which I’m now not doing I’m going else where me and my bridesmaids and my groom even thou you pay in cash you have to wait for your return in the mail by a check !!! What bs you did not wait for my payment nor did I pay by check not happy

Women go here to find their perfect dress for prom, weddings, etc not to be body shamed or ignored. My sister went there today with her best friend and she left there in tears. She was measured and then completely ignored by all of the employees but as soon as a thinner girl came in they all went to help her. She went there feeling great about herself and happy and excited to try on dresses for her prom. Shame on all of you that ruined her day and made her feel bad about herself.
