The absolute worst place ever to get a dress. Everyone in the green bay location should be fired. It was the biggest waste of money. The employees are insulting, not helpful and are just plane crabby. Neither me or my wife or wedding party are happy with anything they have done with the dress and all they do is charge you more and more money like money hungry ******. I will never recommend anyone going here and wasting there money.
Horrible customer service! My bridal party bought all our dresses here, and one had to have hers special ordered which costed her a extra 75 dollars and 2 months to come in. When it came in it didn't fit at all. We went for our fitting on Thursday and the German lady was very rude. Told my bridesmaid it would cost a additional 100 to fix it. When I chose my wedding dress I did receive good service by my sales assistant, however every other encounter was disappointing. My bridesmaids felt the same. Staff seemed short and often filled with more attitude. The manager was not helpful! I spent $1600 for my wedding gown and had to argue for a $20 discount on a bridesmaids dress, that does come with your wedding gown purchase. I'm sorry, we made an appointment 2 weeks ago, my daughter drove 4 hours for our appointment WE picked out 5 dresses, the consutant said "mom, you can help her & l'll be back to see how it is going. After she sold the dress to the bride next to us & rang the bell 45 minutes later back she came, ready to help. Really poor experience!
Thank you for making the majority of the bad reviews a reality for us. I'm normally not an online complainer, but you made my bride feel stupid and that makes me mad. Sincerely - the maid of honor.
Had a very bad experience every time I (bride) or anyone of my bridal party went in this store. If I could have found the Malibu color somewhere else I wouldn't have spent a dime at Davids bridal. Will never recommend for any event! HORRIBLE SERVICE !
