I’ve never given a negative review, but David’s bridal gave me the worst experience I’ve had as a bride. It was the first place I looked at dresses so I wasn’t planning to buy anything. I tried on quite a few dresses but nothing really gave me everything I was looking for. I tried to politely excuse myself and basically say no thanks, I’d like to look elsewhere. Worst experience ever. Late appointment, inexperienced assistant-she literally disappeared at the end so we didn’t even know what to do to order. I can’t even explain all of the things that went wrong. It was just an awful experience and took away from the special occasion that it should be.

I never do these reviews but I had to say something this time. I went to the Green Bay location on Saturday Jan 13th. I didn't have an appointment and they were very busy so I understood when they said I'd have to wait for an available consultant. No big deal. My friends and I browsed and picked several dresses. About a half hour of waiting and I was told I was next for a room and a consultant BUT my consultant was nearly done with her shift so my appointment would have to be shorter than normal. Was here with my best friend to find her perfect wedding dress. She made an appointment and they didn’t even know she had it. We had to wait, it was way overbooked. Everything was poorly done. No one wanted to listen to her or what she wanted. Also, options were very limited. We will definitely be finding her perfect dress somewhere else.
I had an appointment and they didn’t have anyone available for me when I got there, when someone finally worked with me, they didn’t seem to care at all when I tried to tell them what style of dress I was looking for. I simply didn’t feel welcome or cared about at all. Also, not a great selection, all of their dresses are very cookie cutter and nothing about the experience got me excited about my wedding.
I was rather disappointed in my experience. I had a few dresses in mind that I was looking at, thankfully the one I really wanted to try on they had for me to try on. I am a plus size bride and the consultant only gave me one other option to try on because "there weren't many other options that would fit" according to her. Absolutely worst service!! So far, out of everything my fiance and I have done with our wedding, David's Bridal was the worst experience of it all. My fiance at first, had the worst experience trying on dresses - she came home crying. But that's not what I'm complaining about. My fiance got her dress at Elaine's because she hated David's so much but she decided to get the bridesmaid dresses there. My fiancé booked an appointment to pick up her dress this evening only to arrive to find out the time slot was now double booked. The consultant spent pretty much the time with the other person who was there to look at dresses. My fiancé was there to PICK hers up & have an accessory appointment. Nobody to help her put accessories on. What business does this? Hundreds of dollars being spent at your store and when you finally send someone in to help her it’s the greeting girl?
