I was so excited to go to David's with two of my girlfriends to try on wedding dresses. I had cash in hand and ready to buy a dress. I made an appointment so that I'd have a consultant to help me. My consultant was very sweet but she did not do a single thing for me. She had another bride she was helping and completely ignored me. I purchased my mother of the brides dress from the Appleton store and was very pleased with my service at that store. The alterations department even came out to discuss the alterations I wanted done. This was a long dress and because of what I am doing during the wedding, I asked if the dress could be shortened to mid calf. I was told yes, so I bought the dress. My fiancé went to this location to look at dresses for her, her bridesmaids, and flower girls. What she got in return was poor service, a rushed atmosphere, and a decision to not buy her wedding dress from this store. -She told her consultant her budget and the consultant constantly tried to send her well outside said budget. I found a beautiful dress and Taylor was amazing and very helpful. I did feel rushed when told I had 10 minutes left and she helped to find the dress. All selections I liked online were not available. While trying on dresses and attempting to talk to her about what I was looking for another sales lady kept interrupting me and was very pushy and rude to do so. Awful experience. My bridesmaids were rushed and treated terribly. Was treated more like a fast food service than a "dream" experience. I was misinformed by 3 different people about a color. When discussing with the manager, she had nothing to offer for poor service and the wrong colors of a dress. All the manager said to me was "I don't know what you want me to do. Tell me what I can do." I will never recommend David's bridal (Ashwaubenon) to any of my bride friends.

We went in to help my sister-in-law find a wedding dress and to help my niece find a bridesmaids dress. The girl assigned to us was not very helpful. My other sister-in-law and I went on our own to look for dresses. When the bride was in trying on any dresses that we found, her niece helped her in the dressing room. My best friend had an appointment scheduled and was so excited to buy her wedding dress. However the associate assigned to my friend seemed extremely disinterested in helping my friend (who was shopping on a budget) and very interested in assisting the young lady next to us, who was trying on the higher priced gowns. Have to say, finding my bridesmaid's dresses was good but went downhill from there. Shopped in July and were told we would be given the $20 discount when we ordered in December. We went back in December and it was no to the $20. We chose here because the $20 brought us to the same price as others at another place.
