i hate clothes shopping. i stated it was for me, something along the lines of MOB dress and in ivory. she showed me to the isle with mob dresses. i had a panic attack. too many choices. just pick what i asked for...3 to start with would have been ok. i left unable to stop shaking.

Employees seem incompetent for simple tasks. Trying to actually get someone to answer the phone or even return calls is a joke. The check in at door process is so slow and really unnecessary for all the questions on name, brides name, date of wedding, when you bought the item etc. it’s just ridiculous. On top of that the store itself needs updating. The carpet. The bathrooms are gross even in the pandemic. The chairs are uncomfortable. 0/5 starts. Consultant didn’t help me at all. Was helping another bride the entire time when she said she would be my consultant. I had to grab and find all my dresses myself, had no place to stand where I could look at myself, after trying on only Three dresses and getting no help from her she came up to me and told me i should just come back another time bc i couldn’t find anything..... Terrible service. I went to Dimitras Designs after and got amazing service so just don’t waste your time at david’s.

My daughter-in-law to be had a 4:30 appt. She brought one bridesmaid to try on dresses. We’ve had three different stylists so far. it is now 6:30 and have tried on only 3 dresses so far. The stylists are way too busy with bigger parties. They keep apologizing though. There are other bridal shops out there ladies. Carolina bridal in Spartanburg is great for personal attention.

Awful awful awful!! Made an appointment but since there was a larger party my daughter and I were basically on our own to find a prom dress. All the employees wanted was to give u their business card so they could get commission from ur purchase. The place was filthy~ and the quality of the dresses were terrible. Zippers were broken~ stains on the gowns and these dresses were over $500 are they crazy? This was the worst experience ever!!! The Manager was so snappy when I was asking about steaming my dress..I told them not to put my dress in the bag after it was steamed..had manager approval for it to stay out of the bag overnight. Went the next day to pick it up and dress had been put in the bag so it had to be restrained. Just a awful experience!!

By far the most unprofessional place I have ever been. When we decided to take our dress back with us and let family alter it, we go into the back only to hear the seamstress and the store manager running their mouth about us!
