Today one of my bridesmaids went in the greenville store to pay for her dress, only to find out that none of my bridesmaids information was put into the system! No sizes, no colors, no styles.....nothing!!!! All 4 of them went to the same appointment in February so that it would be taken care of in plenty of time because our wedding is in October. Ladies, never ever go to David's Bridal Shop in Greenville, SC. We arrived on time. 3:00 April 14, 2017. Our stylist was not to be found and the unprofessional girls giggling at the front desk said they did not know where she was or when she would return. We were left to go thru the store and find times we thought might work. We unzipped bags and took dresses in and out and put them back. NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE THAT WE DID NOT HAVE A STYLIST. Went to pick out my dress in July and the lady flat told me I was to fat for the dress I wanted. Then when I went to order my maids dresses same lady lied to me and told me she ordered them all even called all the sizes to me but when my girls go to get them they are one dress short. And we are told we don't have time to order another one. None of us girls will ever be back. And we have told all our friends about this. Wrote a review a few weeks ago as a bridesmaid, but am changing it now that I have gone in as a bride with MY bridesmaids... made an appointment with my girls a week in advance. I was supposed to have around 6 girls at the appointment & my mother in law (for her dress) so I got to David's Bridal early to do any paperwork before hand. I have gone with two of my bridesmaids and the first visit I pulled all of the dresses helped her into all the dress as she walked around looking for her clipboard that she kept loosing and talking about her cat as I was doing her job and the second time we went for my second bridesmaid she pulled one dress in two different sizes then disappeared. Never to be seen again. So once again I was the one pulling dresses and doing the job of the consultant!

I've yet to have a great experience with them. When I went their with two of my bridesmaids, the girl that was assigned came over and then never saw her again until we wanted to put their sizes in the system, and stayed with other people the whole time (they weren't busy). I had to help them myself and one had to go on the floor with a dress still on cause no one was there to get her a different size; I ordered a bra and bottom underskirt thing there, tried them on and everything and the bra came back a size to big. I had a 2 o'clock appointment. Was told to browse. We picked some dresses and when our stylist finally came over she looked at us and said I pull the dresses... I tried to be nice and let it go. She proceeds to put us in a room she measures my girls then tells them what size they should be then vanished. Me and my mother were pulling dresses for my girls to try on.
