Called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter to look at and try on wedding gowns while she was on fall break from college. We arrived, and they had no record of our appointment. Don’t go to the one in Greenville. My little sister called to get an appointment and was told great can’t wait to meet you. We get there and the people were very rude and said that she isn’t in our system for a appointment. They said they couldn’t work us in for that night. Very very rude!! Stay far away from this place!! Nobody knows how to be professional anymore!!

DO NOT use the alterations department of David's Bridal! I took my dress there, it ended up costing more than my actual dress, and when I picked the dress up, it was poofier than when I bought it in the first place. They didn't hem the dress, they just raised it, folded it, and sewed it. I took it to another alterations person who told me they could have easily just actually hemmed it. RecommendedMy daughter had originally planned on a big, fancy wedding. We bought both of our dresses & had them special ordered. After it came in my daughter decided to have a smaller wedding on the beach so we needed to exchange our dresses for something more appropriate. The employees were super helpful & understanding. We were both able to exchange our dresses with ease.

David’s Bridal of Greenville has given me the worst dress shopping experience. They are rude and unprofessional. THANKFULLY JJsHouse, online, was the best and very quick. Went on a Monday, I was paired with Cindy, she put me in a few dresses. They were a size 22W. The top was the only part that needed to be altered and bigger as they didn’t have any bigger in my size. Ordered my dress in March! I was called yesterday and told that my dress was ready for pickup only for my matron of honor to get there to pick the dress up and it as ruined. The dress was dirty and my trained was ruined. While standing at the counter crying the manager tell me it’s okay i do that everyday I’m in here. So aggravated, so mad and upset!

This place is literally a joke. I went for a bridesmaid dress and they wouldn’t shut up long enough to listen to what I was looking for. Then, the girl helping me measured me. Obviously her measuring tape was broken. She told me I needed a 14 (which I knew was wrong as I’ve worked in a bridal store before). I was swimming in a 14 and ended up needing a 6. The place was literally a zoo. No thanks. On the plus side we literally laughed all day at how ridiculous I looked in a size 14.

January 11 2018 was an amazing day. We had no clue of what type dress my daughter wanted. Corrie said take your time look at the dresses. Between the 3 of us corrie pulled approximately 12 dresses. She was so encouraging. When the elimination process had dropped to just a few Corrie went and found the correct size. Then she started adding details until my daughter found her perfect dress.
