Only giving a 5-star because of SAM! She was the biggest help, I mean HUGE. Some of the other girls were no help, and actually just walked away. I came in with my bridesmaids, not knowing my colors or what dresses we wanted. Sam helped me pick out beautiful dresses and colors. It was a huge pain because our wedding is so close, our options were limited. I didnt have an appointment set up, and she still spend almost 2 hours helping. I’m giving 4 out of 5 because my first experience was 3/5 and my most recent experience was 5/5. The most recent stylist who helped us, Elaine, did such a great job, on pretty short notice! I didn’t buy today, but I definitely narrowed it down to two and I will be back to get the final approval from my bridesmaids. And I’m definitely requesting Elaine to be my stylist!

I went into the store on a whim Friday. I didn’t have an appointment but Abby gave me her undivided attention. We looked at a few different dresses but I wanted more time. I came back Sunday and Karli was super helpful and listened to all my concerns about my dresses. I ended up finding the one! Payment was easy and I was even given coupons for future purchases.
